Therapist Spotlight

Chris Stewart, LPC recently completed an Integrative Somatic Psychotherapy Master Class. This training equips him with advanced skills to understand and treat how trauma and emotions are stored and expressed in the body. This training will enable him to more effectively guide clients in regulating their nervous systems and processing experiences on both a physical and emotional level. Great job, Chris!
